Shipping Policy
To ensure the safe delivery of your collection(s), we use UPS and/or USPS as our standard shipping carriers, unless you request otherwise.
As an added precaution, we also require insurance for your peace of mind.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs of both shipping and insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Indigos, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer a seven (7) calendar day return policy for all artworks through online purchase in their original condition.

To initiate a return, simply provide pictures of the artwork and a note explaining the reason for return. Please note that any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase cannot be returned.

Return shipments must be arranged through Indigos and shipped in their original packaging, along with all accompanying certificates received with the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

Please be aware that our Special Collection, Limited Edition, framed/matted Open Edition artwork, and eGift Cards are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
