  • How will my artwork(s) be shipped?
    We use UPS and/or USPS as our standard shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your collection(s), unless you request otherwise. We also require insurance as an added precaution for your peace of mind. Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs of both shipping and insurance.
  • How do I return an artwork?
    You can return an artwork by following the instructions provided in our return policy. To return an artwork, please provide pictures of the artwork and a note explaining the reason for return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Please note that the artwork must be in its original condition and any artwork that has been altered in any way after purchase cannot be returned. To arrange the return shipment, please contact Indigos and ship the artwork in its original packaging with all accompanying certificates received with the order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified. Please note that Special Collection, Limited Edition, framed/matted Open Edition artwork, and eGift Cards are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
